Program Director & Faculty Thomas 'TK' Koesterer, Ph.D., ATC Program Director and Assoc. Clinical Professor 209.946.2982 Dr. Koesterer (TK) arrived at Pacific in June 2017 to start the new Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT). TK brings more than 30 years of experience as a certified athletic trainer, with 15 of those years as the athletic training program director at SUNY Cortland and Humboldt State University. Prior to being a program director, Dr. Koesterer was the head athletic trainer in the Department of Physical Education at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He earned his Ph.D.

A clinical education coordinator faculty member will be hired during the 2017-2018 academic year, and a third faculty member will be hired during the 2018-2019 academic year. The MSAT program will conduct a national search to fill these two faculty positions.
